By accessing or using the CryptoCode website (mycryptocode.io) and CryptoCode vouchers (also referred to as "codes") (the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms define your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

CryptoCode vouchers (codes) may only be redeemed through mycryptocode.io. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling or reloading vouchers (codes)
- Using them for unauthorized transactions
- Redeeming them for more than their stated value
- Converting them into cash or obtaining a refund
- Any use that violates these Terms
3. General Terms
By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a CryptoCode voucher (code), you agree that these Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice unless required by law. If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.In certain cases, we may request additional verification of your identity or voucher details to comply with our policies.
4. Misuse and Consequences
You agree not to use CryptoCode vouchers (codes) in a way that is misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to CryptoCode LLC or others. If we detect misuse, we may:
- Void the affected vouchers (codes) without issuing a refund
- Suspend or terminate access to our Services
- Cancel any vouchers (codes) involved in the violation
5. Risk of Loss
Ownership and liability for CryptoCode vouchers (codes) transfer to the purchaser once they are electronically delivered. CryptoCode LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or misused vouchers (codes). Users must take necessary precautions to protect their vouchers (codes).
CryptoCode vouchers (codes) expire 180 days after issuance and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes or claims related to CryptoCode vouchers (codes) shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless small claims court applies. Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Both parties agree that disputes will be handled individually and not as part of a collective lawsuit or class arbitration. If a claim proceeds to court instead of arbitration, both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
CryptoCode LLC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access to the Services. The Services are provided “as is,” and we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If a CryptoCode voucher (code) is defective, our only obligation is to replace it at our discretion.
CryptoCode LLC is not responsible for third-party wallet services or software used in the redemption process.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding materials, and proprietary content related to CryptoCode are the exclusive property of CryptoCode LLC. These Terms do not grant any rights or licenses to use CryptoCode’s intellectual property without prior written approval.
9. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using CryptoCode vouchers (codes). CryptoCode LLC is not responsible for any legal violations resulting from the misuse of its Services.
We reserve the right to deny service, block transactions, or take other necessary actions if we determine a redemption violates regulations or our compliance policies.
10. Service Availability and Maintenance
CryptoCode LLC strives to provide continuous access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may conduct maintenance, implement system updates, or address unexpected issues, which may temporarily limit access to the Services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
